「炑八」致力保障炑八會員/客人透過炑八會員應用程式遞交個人資料並設法遵從《個人資料(私隱)條例》的條文收集、使用、保障及處理。
向客戶收集的個人資料(包括但不限於姓名、聯絡資訊、電話號碼、電子郵件、年齡、性別、出生月份及收集得來的其他會籍資料)只會用於有關服務的日常運作安排，包括但不限於: 1) 回應及對顧客查詢、建議、投訴處理及跟進；2)為更了解客戶而進行服務意見調查；3)透過電子宣傳品，如電郵方式向會員發出相關「炑八」優惠及最新消息、會員服務及推銷產品的資訊；4) 匯制有關本炑八會員應用程式的總量統計；5) 方便日常操作炑八會員/客人的會員戶口；及與上述任何事項有關的其他事項。
當炑八會員/客人點選了同意《條款及細則》，即代表炑八會員/客人已閱讀及同意「炑八」使用其個人資料於上述用途。如閣下不想接受上列條款約束，請勿使用本應用程式。
保安措施
會員的個人資料和/或數據的保障對「炑八」非常重要。「炑八」致力於確保會員的個人資料和/或數據免受未經授權的接觸。「炑八」實施採用適當的電子、管理方面的措施以維護和保障用戶的個人資料安全。
個人資料的保存
會員的個人資料和/或數據一經取得將安全地保存在「炑八」的系統中。根據法律規定，會員的個人資料和/或數據將會由「炑八」保留，直至用戶以書面形式要求「炑八」從資料庫中刪除其個人資料和/或數據或終止其個人在渠道的會員資格。

Privacy Policy Statement
Meokbang (“Meokbang”) commits to protect the members/Meokbang customers who submits personal data through Member APP or platform and would complies with the provisions of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in collection, Meokbang, protection and dealing of the personal data.
When you use or register as a user of this Member APP, you may provide to Meokbang your data (including but not limited to your name, contact details, telephone number, email address, age, gender, month of birth and other membership information collected) from members shall be used for purpose relating to the daily operation of the service, including but not limited to 1) to respond customers enquires, suggestions, complaints; 2) conducting surveys on our products and services to better understand customer needs; 3) providing Meokbang information and promotion offer and service through email and push message; 4) to generate survey on user traffic on Meokbang Member App; and 5) to facilitate the daily operation of member account; and other issues related to ant purpose mentioned above.
When you use this Meokbang Member App and pressed the button agree and submit, it indicated that you have read and understood the terms & conditions and agreed to how personal data are collected and used as above. If you are unwilling to be bound by above terms, please do not use this Meokbang Member App.
Security
The security of members’ personal information and data is important to the “Meokbang”. “Meokbang” will always strive to ensure that members’ personal information and data will be protected against unauthorized access. “Meokbang” has implemented appropriate electronic and managerial measures in order to safeguard, protect and secure users’ personal information and data.
Retention of Personal Data
“Meokbang” has obtained a member’s personal information and/or data, it will be maintained securely in the Meokbang’s system. Subject to legal requirements, the personal information and/or data of members will be retained by the “Meokbang” until the member requests the “Meokbang” in writing to erase his/her own personal information and/or data from the Meokbang's database or to terminate his/her membership of the Channels.
